I hereby consent that Sanlam General Insurance (Uganda) Limited may disclose, share, store or process the data provided by me with or by third parties with whom Sanlam is affiliated or contracted including the Sanlam Pan Africa Group and any such data shall be used for purposes limited to or related to the subject of salvage.
Sanlam shall not be bound to make a sale to the extent that the sale would expose Sanlam to any economic or financial sanctions, trade embargoes, prohibition or other restrictions enacted, administered, implemented and or enforced from time to time by the United Nations, the European Union, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or the Government of the United States of America (and including through any relevant agency).
Sanlam shall not be bound to make any sale to persons listed under any of the sanctions lists published by;
a) The United Nations Security Council under Chapter VII of the UN Charter (UNSC lists);
b) The Office of Foreign Asset Control in the United States of America (OFAC lists);
c) Her Majesty’s Treasury in the United Kingdom (HMT lists); and
d) The Council of the European Union (EU lists).
Sanlam shall not be bound to make any sale to persons listed under any of the sanctions lists published by;
